In the early morning on June 14th, we have a full moon in Sagittarius. For people on the West Coast, the full moon peaks at 4:52 AM and for people on the East Coast it is at 7:52 AM.

Since this full moon is in Sagittarius, it is happening on the Sagittarius/Gemini Axis. This axis is all about teaching, learning, and exploring the “truth”. Gemini is like the little kid who is constantly asking “Why?” about anything and everything, while Sagittarius is like the college student who seems to love learning about everything so they keep changing their major.

Sagittarius is a fire sign that is ruled by the planet Jupiter, which is mostly known as the planet of expansion and optimism. Jupiter helps us in formulating our views of the world around us.

Sagittarius as an archetype is an adventurer and explorer. It is a sign that loves to explore the “truth” and find answers.

Sagittarius is also at home in the 9th house. The 9th house is all about philosophy, higher education/learning, higher thought, different cultures, foreign travel/long distance travel, foreign relations, spiritual philosophies, publishing, etc. At its core, the 9th house is all about searching for meaning and truth.
