Just because life is hard it doesn't mean you're failing

Just because life's circumstances are hard right now it doesn't mean that you're failing.
Just because you're struggling right now it doesn't mean that you're doing something wrong.
It just means that life is hard sometimes.
It just means that you're in a storm and you're doing your best to navigate your way through it.
And even though storms make life challenging to navigate, they are not permanent.
Storms are temporary.
This storm will pass.
The rain will stop.
The wind will lessen.
Everything will slow down again.
You’ll have a moment to breathe again.
You’ll have a moment to pause again.
And you'll be able to find some relief in the spaciousness.
You'll have time and space to repair, process, and heal from what has happened in your own way in your own time.
And one day the clouds will part and the sun will re-emerge.
You'll experience moments of joy again.
You'll experience moments of ease again.
You'll experience moments of peace again.
And you'll be able to have the connections you seek.
Why? Because you're trying -- and trying makes all the difference.
